Between 20 and 40 products sourced from CJ Dropshipping. Each product is validated for image quality, margin, and trend fit. Priced above the enforced floor (CJ cost ×1.3 + fees). No placeholders — every product is live.
Storefront
A deployed Medusa-based storefront on your subdomain. One of three templates — Atelier, Pulse, or Meridian — styled with your brand tokens. All pages — homepage, collections, PDP, cart, checkout — are functional.
Initial SEO
Meta titles and descriptions for all collection pages. Sitemap generated and submitted. Google Search Console verified. Basic blog structure in place for the SEO Agent to build on.
Email setup
Welcome sequence drafted (3 emails). Abandoned cart flow configured. Post-purchase thank you set up. Resend integration connected and verified with a test send.
Payment & domain
