Pricing FAQ
Common questions.
What counts as a store?
A store is a unique Medusa instance with its own brand, product catalog, domain, and customer base. Autofli manages each store as a separate tenant. Sub-domains of the same brand do not count as separate stores.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage your plan in the Billing section of the dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited free trial, but you can cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund if Autofli is not right for you. Contact support and it is handled same day.
What happens if I exceed my store limit?
You will be prompted to upgrade before creating a new store. Existing stores are never paused or affected if you're over the limit on a downgrade — only new store creation is blocked until you're within your plan's limit.
Are there transaction fees?
No. Autofli does not take a percentage of your revenue. You pay a flat monthly subscription. Standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) apply to customer purchases, as they would with any payment processor.
