Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Autofli account or accessing the Autofli platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Autofli.

2. The Autofli Service

Autofli provides a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to help merchants manage and operate e-commerce stores. Features include AI-assisted product listings, marketing automation, customer support agents, shipping management, and analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify merchants of material changes that affect their operations.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Autofli, you are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection, tax, privacy, and product safety laws
• The accuracy and legality of all product listings, descriptions, and pricing published through the platform
• Fulfilling orders placed by customers on your storefront
• Customer service, returns, and refunds for your customers
• Ensuring your products are legal to sell in the markets you target
• Payment of all applicable taxes on sales you generate

Autofli is a technology platform. We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers, and we do not assume liability for your business operations.

4. AI-Generated Content

Autofli uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, marketing copy, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be perfectly accurate and should be reviewed before publishing
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it goes live
• Autofli makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose
• Some jurisdictions require disclosure of AI-generated content; you are responsible for compliance with such requirements

5. Billing and Payment

Autofli is billed on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Autofli to:

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Engage in deceptive practices, including fake reviews or false advertising
• Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Circumvent or reverse-engineer the Autofli platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Autofli without written authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autofli's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to Autofli in the three months preceding the claim. Autofli is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Autofli may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees.
