Post-purchase automation

Order placed. Supplier notified. Customer updated. All automatic.

When a customer checks out, the Fulfillment Agent takes over. It routes the order to your supplier, polls for a tracking number, and sends the customer a dispatch confirmation — without any action from you.

How orders flow

Five steps. Zero manual touchpoints.

The entire fulfillment cycle runs in your Autofli agent queue. You can watch it happen in real time in your dashboard, but you don't need to.

Step 1

Payment confirmed

Stripe webhook fires. Order record is created. Fraud Agent scores the order before fulfillment begins.

Step 2

Supplier routed

Fulfillment Agent matches the order to the correct CJ Dropshipping product ID and submits the order via API.

Step 3

Dispatch confirmed

Agent polls CJ for order status. Once dispatched, it captures the tracking number and carrier.

Step 4

Customer notified

Tracking email is sent via Resend with the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Step 5

Order closed

Order marked as fulfilled in your dashboard. Analytics Agent records the event for weekly reporting.

Supplier network

Sourced through CJ Dropshipping. Vetted before listing.

Every product in your store has a real CJ Dropshipping product ID. There are no placeholder listings, no null supplier references. When an order comes in, the agent knows exactly where to route it.

Products are validated by the Product Agent before they reach your storefront. This includes checking that the product is in stock, that the image passes quality gates, and that the margin clears the price floor (CJ cost ×1.3 + fees minimum).

The Restock Agent monitors your catalog. When a supplier marks a product out of stock, you receive an alert. If you have autonomous restocking enabled, the agent finds a suitable replacement and swaps it in automatically.

Real CJ product IDs
Every product in your catalog has a validated cjProductId. Orders route to a real supplier, not a placeholder.
Image integrity gate
All product images pass a pHash deduplication check and a Claude Vision quality review before display.
Price floor enforcement
Prices cannot be set below CJ cost ×1.3 + platform fees. The floor is enforced at the database write layer — it cannot be bypassed.
Stock monitoring
The Restock Agent polls supplier availability regularly. Listings are hidden or swapped when supply is confirmed unavailable.
Dispatch SLA
Typical supplier dispatch is 1–3 business days from order submission. Tracking confirmation follows within 24 hours of dispatch in most cases.

Returns

Returns handled by the Returns Agent.

When a customer initiates a return through Iris or your support chat, the Returns Agent picks it up. It checks your return policy, verifies the order is within the return window, and confirms the reason.

The agent then coordinates with CJ Dropshipping to initiate the supplier-side return, issues a confirmation to the customer, and updates the order record. Refunds are processed through Stripe once the return is confirmed with the supplier.

What is the return window?
Set by your store policy — typically 14 to 30 days. The Returns Agent enforces whatever window you configure.
Does the customer need to ship items back?
Depends on the supplier and the reason. For defective items, many suppliers issue refunds without requiring return shipping. The agent checks this automatically.
What if the supplier rejects the return?
The agent flags this to you. You decide whether to issue a courtesy refund from your margin or escalate with the supplier.
How long does the refund take?
Stripe refunds typically post within 5–10 business days. The customer is told the expected timeline when the return is confirmed.
